By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

    Goods being sent from Australia, or being received in Australia must be packed in accordance with the "Dangerous and prohibited goods and packaging guide" (latest version).
  2. 2
    Goods being sent overseas must be compliant with the relevant guidelines for both the originating country and destination country (available via the Australia Post website).
  3. 3
    The customer will fully indemnify Falcon Cargo Pty Ltd for any cost, loss, expense, penalty, fine, fee, or legal expense incurred as a result of sending the customer's goods. Debts under this clause are immediately due and payable.
  4. 4
    Non-compliance with packaging regulations may result in customer liability for:
    • Loss of profit or anticipated profit
    • Loss of business reputation
    • Business interruptions
    • Loss of opportunities or anticipated savings
  5. 5
    Delivery dates are indicative only. Falcon Cargo Pty Ltd uses best endeavors to meet dates but cannot be held responsible for early/late deliveries. Note: Delivery timing depends largely on airlines and authorities.
  6. 6
    The customer takes full responsibility for ensuring goods comply with all laws and regulations of both origin and destination countries.
  7. 7
    Falcon Cargo Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss of goods in transit. Customers must pack items appropriately and securely.
  8. 8
    Customers acknowledge that goods may be subject to weather or flight conditions (e.g., cabin pressure changes). Falcon Cargo Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for such effects.

Important: Under Part 23 of the Australian Civil Aviation Act (1988) and international cargo laws, heavy penalties including imprisonment apply for undeclared dangerous goods.

  • 3 Camping stoves, cigarette/pipe lighters, or lighter refills
  • 4 Nail polish, colognes, perfumes, paint, fuel, thinners *FORBIDDEN*

  • 6 Dry ice, specimens, or samples
  • 7 Detergents, bleaches, drain/oven cleaners
  • 8 Fiberglass repair kits, adhesives, puncture repair kits
  • 9 Alcohol (whiskey/wine), alcohol-containing medicines
  • 10 Any chemicals, pesticides, herbicides
  • 11 Electronics (laptops, phones, tablets) - phone chargers permitted
  • 12 Machinery with combustion engines (chainsaws, lawnmowers, etc.)
